When you sign up for out service within the SCIFI SINGLES, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

This is an adult service. By selecting any of the options you acknowledge and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between us. If you choose not to agree to the terms and conditions presented, you may not use the service and should not proceed to register. By using this service after March 29, 2005, you are agreeing to be bound by this agreement, including any and all amendments made to date.

User Agreement

This agreement constitutes your agreement with Scifi Singles with respect to your use of this service. You (the user) must abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in the agreement in order to become or remain an authorized user of this service.

Right to Use

Your right to use this service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by Scifi Singles from time to time in our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time, including the availability of any of our service features, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of our service or restrict your access to parts or all of the service without notice or liability.

In addition to our content, our services may include the content of third parties. Unless otherwise indicated, such content is reproduced on our service with the permission of the copyright holder.

CRIMINAL HISTORY AND MARITAL STATUS MISREPRESENTATION

A person who misrepresents his or her criminal history or marital status to SCIFI SINGLES for the purpose of gaining access to communications privileges with other subscribers could be subject to civil and criminal penalties under federal and state law. In addition, fraud through misrepresentation may be a violation of the terms of parole. SCIFI SINGLES will vigorously pursue all remedies under law against any criminal or married individual who seeks to prey upon our subscribers. (Translation: We take criminal and married predation personally. Those who misrepresent their criminal history or marital status to gain communication access to our subscribers will face all that we can legally do to protect our subscribers.
